Welcome to Cruise View Studio. All photographs, digital downloads, and related content provided through this website (the “Site”) are the intellectual property of Sam Valme and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

By purchasing or accessing any photo or product on this Site, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All images sold or displayed on this Site are the sole property of Sam Valme, the photographer and owner of Cruise View Studio. Purchasing a photo does not transfer copyright or ownership. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated in a separate licensing agreement.

2. Licensing Options

A. Personal Use License

By default, all digital photo purchases include a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal use license.

You may:

  • Use the photo as wall art in your home or office
  • Use the photo as a device wallpaper or screen saver
  • Print the image for personal, non-commercial display

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the photo in any format
  • Use the image for marketing, business branding, or promotional purposes
  • Claim the image as your own or remove any embedded watermark or credit

B. Commercial License (Sold Separately)

If you purchase a Commercial Use License, you may:

  • Use the photo in blogs, websites, ads, or marketing content
  • Include the image in physical products for sale (books, prints, social posts, etc.)
  • Use the image for client projects

You may not:

  • Resell the image as a standalone product (e.g., as stock photography)
  • Sell the image in a way that competes with this store
  • Transfer the license to another person or business without written permission

All commercial licenses are subject to usage limits defined at purchase.

3. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or use of the images without a proper license is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

We actively monitor web usage and reserve the right to issue takedown requests or pursue claims if our images are found used unlawfully.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads unless there is a technical error with the file.

5. Trademarks and Branding

The brand name “Cruise View Studio,” including the logo, site content, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Sam Valme and may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written consent.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
