At Cruise View Studio, we offer a unique collection of cruise-themed photography available as instant digital downloads and made-to-order print-on-demand products. Please review our shipping policy below for details based on the type of product you purchase.

1. Digital Downloads (No Shipping Required)

Most of our products are delivered as digital files, which means:

  • Instant delivery: Your files will be available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • No physical item will be shipped.
  • A download link will be sent to your email and/or accessible through your order confirmation page.

2. Print-on-Demand Products (Physical Shipping)

If you purchase a print-on-demand item (e.g., printed wall art, decor, or gifts), these are produced and shipped by our trusted third-party print partners. Please note:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (average)
  • Shipping time: 5–12 business days (varies by destination and carrier)
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

You will receive tracking information once your item has been shipped.

3. International Orders

We ship select print-on-demand products internationally. Please be aware:

  • Delivery times may be longer for international orders.
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Digital downloads are available worldwide without any shipping cost.

 

 

 

4. Order Issues or Delivery Problems

  • If your digital file fails to download or appears corrupted, contact us immediately at cruiseviewstudio@gmail.com and we’ll send you a replacement link.
  • For print-on-demand products, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
