Cruise View Studio – Return & Refund Policy

At Cruise View Studio, we’re committed to delivering high-quality digital and print-on-demand artwork inspired by unforgettable cruise moments. Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges.

If you experience any issues with downloading your file or if the file appears to be corrupted or incorrect, please contact us at cruiseviewstudio@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

 

 

Print-on-Demand Products

 

Each print-on-demand item is made to order just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • Please email cruiseviewstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are processed automatically after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. Please double-check your order details (image selection, product size, shipping address, etc.) before completing your purchase.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads once the download has begun, or to custom print products that are made to order.
